The standard out of box options ‘Close and Won’, ‘Close as Lost’ and ‘Reopen opportunity’ at opportunity level are enhanced further to handle the newly introduced options of ‘Close as Won’, ‘Close as Lost’ and ‘Reopen line’ at opportunity line level.
Close as Won
- This process will ‘Won’ all the existing opportunity lines with ‘Status’ as ‘In Process’.
Close as Lost
- If there are any existing opportunity lines with ‘Status’ as ‘Won’, then the whole process with be canceled with warning message ‘There are existing opportunity lines closed as Won. The Opportunity cannot be closed as Lost.’.
- This process will update as ‘Canceled’ for all the existing opportunity lines with status ‘In Process’.
Reopen opportunity
- If there are any existing opportunity lines with ‘Status’ as ‘Won’, then the whole process will be canceled.
- This process will update as ‘In process’ for all the existing opportunity lines with ‘Status’ as ‘Canceled’.

Note – During the process of ‘Close as Won’, ‘Close as Lost’ and ‘Reopen opportunity’, if there are any errors for any of the opportunity lines, then the whole process will be rolled back. |
