With this fix, any out-of-range values are now highlighted in Effort Allocation whenever task dates are modified. These values also become non-editable. Additionally, users now have the option to clear the out-of-range values. 109566 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Project Observed an issue where custom error logs showed intermittent plugin failures with errors such as “Does Not Exist” during the processing of Project Estimate Update records. The retry logic has now been enhanced with the project parameter “Enable Enhanced Concurrency Handling,” ensuring that these intermittent errors no longer occur and thereby reducing unnecessary error entries. 109960/110371 Lvl.3(High) Fix Project An issue was reported where assignments made through WBS displayed the resourcing units from the project. This fix ensures that the resourcing units for resource assignments are now derived from the bookable resource’s master record instead of the project. 110197 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Project Previously, the resourcing unit of labor items/ team members were sourced from the project when labor items were copied from the Fee Estimator. With this fix, the resourcing unit of a labor item is now displayed as per the bookable resource’s resourcing unit. 110198 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Contract management We identified an issue in which the contract value was not synced to Project Operations when a contract agreement was created in Finance and Operations without a reason code. The issue has been resolved, and the contract value now syncs to Project Operations even when a reason code is not provided in Finance and Operations. 110263 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Project Earlier, the description of the financial dimension value was not retained after updates were made in the master records in Finance and Operations and Project Operations when the financial dimension values were synced from Project Operations on the projects. With this fix, the latest updates from Project Operations are now sent to Finance and Operations, ensuring that the most recent modifications are retained and not overwritten in Finance and Operations. 110272 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Bookable resource roles Addressed an issue where the bookable resource’s roles were not synced to Project Operations when a project resource had more than 1,000 records due to a Microsoft limitation in a single operation, which can prevent larger datasets from syncing properly. This update ensures that the bookable resource’s roles can now be synced to Project Operations even when the project resource contains more than 1,000 records. 110426 Lvl.1(Low) Fix Project Resolved an issue where the system blocked assignments to tasks in MS planner projects. With this fix, users can now easily assign bookable resources to tasks in MS planner projects. 111209 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix xl360 spreadsheet An issue was identified where the Remaining Planned Cost field was not displaying values in the ETC/EAC Management tab of MS Planner projects. Now resource bookings can be performed on the such requirements. 108320 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Project Previously, the financial dimensions of sub-projects were not syncing correctly from Finance and Operations to Project Operations. With this fix, financial dimensions will sync from Finance and Operations to Project Operations if the ‘Update financial dimensions in subprojects’ parameter is enabled in the Projects360 integration parameters. 108387 Lvl.1(Low) Fix xl360 spreadsheet An issue reported where copying tasks from the fee estimator to an MS planner project displayed blank assignments on effort allocation when no effort was defined on labor items of a task in the fee estimator. 108425 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Resource Bookings We identified an issue in which resource bookings on the schedule board displayed errors for resource requirements with task durations longer than five years due to timeout issues. This fix ensures users can now perform resource bookings on tasks with longer durations. 108436 Lvl.3(High) Fix Resources Bookings Earlier, hard-booked efforts created through the direct booking process did not match the total requirement. With this fix, the hard-booked efforts are recalculated only once after all booking batches are completed, and batches are processed sequentially, ensuring the hard-booked efforts match the total efforts. 109452 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix Opportunity Addressed an issue where closing multiple opportunity lines in parallel displayed an unclear error message. Now the error message has been enhanced to clearly inform users. 109910 Lvl.1(Low) Fix xl360 spreadsheet A scenario reported where allocated efforts on effort allocation with a weekly time scale were not moved correctly when some weekly periods were updated with no efforts or modified efforts. This fix ensures that the Move task dates and Move all task dates functionalities now handle predefined gaps and modified allocations properly. 109996 Lvl.3(High) Fix xl360 spreadsheet Observed an issue where performing a full copy of fee estimator to the WBS recalculated sales amounts of expense items when tasks contained expense items that had only sales amounts or only cost amounts defined in the fee estimator. With this fix, the system now handles these cases properly without unintended recalculations. 110180 Lvl.2(Medium) Fix xl360 spreadsheet An issue was identified in which using the advanced copy functionality to copy the fee estimator to the WBS did not include expense cost and sales amounts for expense items, unlike the full copy.
