What’s New in Version 10.0.47


projects360 proOps 10.0.47 for Project Operations introduces a set of new features such as such as ‘Filter labor items in Fee Estimator & WBS’, ‘Move all assignments in Effort Allocation’, ‘New Fee Estimate copy process on WBS projects’. This release also includes enhancements to existing features such as ‘Hide P-Project button on Opportunity header’ and ‘Auto uncheck on Copy task dates option in Copy estimates’.


New Features


Filter labor items in Fee Estimator & WBS

This feature allows users to filter labor items by discipline, role, resource and resourcing company/unit in the Fee Estimator and WBS spreadsheets.

  • Filtering labor items in the Fee Estimator and WBS makes it easier to compare effort and sales values for similar items, giving a clearer view of estimates and forecasts.
  • In Fee Estimator, the labor items can be filtered by discipline, role, resource and resourcing company or units.

  • In WBS, the labor items can be filtered by discipline, role and resources.

Move all assignments in Effort Allocation

This feature allows users to move all assignments from one resource to another across the project through Effort Allocation.

  • All the assignments from the selected resource across every task in the project structure can be moved to another resource in a single action which saves time and avoids manual updates.
  • This process also ensures that the updated assignments after the transfer are in published, so changes are immediately reflected in the project.
  • The feature is available in both MS Planner and WBS Planner projects, ensuring a consistent experience across planning tools.

New Fee Estimate copy process on WBS projects

This feature lets users copy fee estimator versions to the WBS project much faster.

  • This change cuts down the time needed to copy fee estimator data to WBS approximately 80% compared to the old process.
  • The new copy option is available on the existing ‘Copy from Fee Estimate’ button on the project when the ‘Enable New Copy Estimate Process for WBS’ parameter is set to ‘Yes’.

  • Two new options are available to select labor items, expense items, or both in both full copy and advanced copy functionalities in this feature.

Hide P-Project button on Opportunity

This enhancement makes the ‘Create P-Project’ button hidden on the Opportunity once the P-Project is already created.

Auto uncheck on Copy task dates option in Copy estimates

This enhancement sets the ‘Copy task dates’ option to ‘No’ by default instead of ‘Yes’, reducing the need for users to change it manually each time they copy estimates on the Opportunity line estimate versions.
