projects360 10.0.34 for Project Operations introduces new features such as Fee Estimator, Print Estimate, Copy Estimate from Opportunity Line to Project and Awarded Amount.

New Features

Fee Estimator

The new “Fee Estimator” feature allows users to create “Opportunity Line Estimates” where Labor and Expenses are forecasted during the opportunity lifecycle.

• Multiple Estimate versions can be created for the same Opportunity line.
• Estimate versions can be Copied and/or Duplicated whenever necessary.
  

• A Lotus360 template will allow users to build the Fee estimate using a familiar UI similar to MS Excel.
• Project Tasks, Labor and Expenses can be managed from as single screen.

Print Estimate

This new feature provides the ability to print a “Fee Estimate Version” directly from the “Opportunity Line Estimate”.

• This functionality uses DocMix technology allowing to configure the output as a PDF, Excel or Word Document file.
  

Copy Estimate from Opportunity Line to Project

This new feature provides the ability to copy a “Fee Estimate Version” from the Opportunity Line to the Project.

• The user will be able to select between all the existing estimate versions.
  • Tasks will be copied creating the project structure.
  • Labor items will be copied as Team members.
  • Hours will be copied as assigned effort.
  • Expense items will be copied as Expense estimates.

Awarded Amount

Now the “Awarded Amount” will be requested before an “Opportunity Line” is closed as Won.

• “Awarded Amount” will be defaulted from the budget amount allowing the user to change the final amount before winning the “Opportunity Line”.
• This information will be available for later reporting allowing to compare Budget Vs Awarded amounts.
